Licences of the shipped token sets
Audit of 14 October 2026. For each set: where it came from, which version, what the licence in that source says, and how Thematiq treats it. A restricted set can be applied only after an administrator confirms that the organisation may use it. See House styles of other organisations.
44 of 63 shipped sets are restricted. 4 declare an open licence. 15 declare none, because they are Thematiq's own, fictional, or stock Nextcloud.
The source nl-design-system/themes@9cfc4c5a is commit 9cfc4c5a292b3750e44a674e6240fb8e4924dc09 of github.com/nl-design-system/themes, directory proprietary/. Every licence there reads, in Dutch, that the logo and house style may only be used by the organisation itself, and that you ask the organisation for permission otherwise.

Sets without a declaration
conduction-new, esdoornveen, example-basisschool, example-college, example-gemeente, example-opleider, example-voortgezet, hoog-contrast, nextcloud, opencatalogi, summer-breeze, vaartveld, warmtepompacademie, wilgenboom, zuiddrecht.
These are stock Nextcloud (nextcloud), Thematiq's own themes, Conduction's house style, the fictional organisations used for demonstrations (Zuiddrecht and the example sets), and opencatalogi. Its colours were read from opencatalogi.nl, a Conduction product site that publishes no licence for them: that one is an open question.
